What are the most common questions your customers ask about your graphic design and sublimation services?
The most common question is about materials. We primarily use polyester-based fabrics such as dry-fit, 80/20, and 90/10 blends. These are selected based on the season and are ideal for hot climates, offering lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking performance.
What important details or processes do you often explain to new customers?
We focus on sizing, material selection, and turnaround time.
Turnaround depends on order volume, but typically:
- Standard production: ~30 days
- Safe window: 30–45 days
- Rush orders: Available at an additional cost
We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability on every order.
Are there any concerns or misunderstandings customers frequently have about your products or process?
Most customers don’t realize that I design based on your color scheme first—about 90% of the time.
Once you provide your vision and colors, I take it from there and create that “wow effect”—that signature EmBroGrafiXs finish.
